Let say when u all first join, both of you are L11, like really good friend for many years, but your friend is obviously more capable than you.

as the years go by, your friend A eventually promote to L7, you and remain as L9

One day you receive a new from your PL, you got a PIP from your beloved friend A, you are shock and dumbfound

What will you do? will you be upset?

You deserve it. So many years at L9 still cmi don't expect friend to help a burden like you keep a job
