The PIP thing is a madness I gt a few friends get PIP, and bonus are gone, I feel really sad and scare for myself next year

Planning to apply new job, I heard my friend who did interview outside apply product company like Tiktok is not easy, is it true, accenture interview is very easy compare to outside companies?

They told me they usually will fail at first or second rounds.

Are those that get PIP really bad at their work?
