Lol, L10 expected to work at L9 level before promoting.
After the promotion, the pay raise is not even 20% to the consultant level now, and they want us to do more.
If you are smart, keep your options open to the markets outside.
Yes, the outlook is bad, but other firms are now providing better benefits than ACNs.
Sad truth, lower level always do saikang, get promotion delay, no pay raise. Higher mgmt keep promoting so fast, NATO.

So those who are CL9 and above ( Consultant & above) before this revised pay, also had their pay revised to match the new pay package or do they retain the same pay as before?

They retain, it would be crazy for them to revise the existing CL9 to the new pay package because that would be reducing their pay.

time to refresh your resumes and jump where the grass is most definitely greener (not consulting) out there. enough being shortchanged for >2 years in this economy

Retain?? But new promotees to the same level get so much lower and management have the same/ higher expectation??
It also seems like on portal like careerfuture, the consultant roles are still getting paid a minimum of 8k+?
