I think Julie sweet gonna justify whatever she can, in order to say no pay hike
anyway I feel the project like getting lesser and lesser as you promoted
not as easy to get staffed as last time when you are level 11

From reddit:
7 years central EU:
If you have no connections within your business group/speciality, you will have a hard time to get projects (especially the good ones ) unless you have skills very much in need.
W/L Balance, work culture is heavily depending on account and project and everyone will have a different experience.
Per definition 50% won't get **** at the end of the year, and industry like, the company is not one to give banket base salary increases year by year, if you want more money you will need to be in the top % of your peer group - via promotion or talent priority flag.
Lot of negativity here comes also form the delivery centers, which have much worse W/L Balance, bad pay and questionable management, not exclusively to Accenture but all WITCH style companies.
If you don't work well with offshore, this isn't the company for you.
