This is very true, they seems to need people to be OTing to do much, and initiative. Despite you can complete during working hours

Essentially the trick is to OT when your team is in need and show how you can turn things around.

Ultimately, your performance appraisal is bell curved. If you are absent when people are fighting fire, you should already know where you stand
