Me. Tendering on 1 Dec, so can take bonus with Dec pay . Already have leaves planned last week. So 22nd will be my last day.

My DPS teammates are going to mass resign if the bonus is trash. Let's see if Mark Tham honour his words on the bonus being better.

none of it seem sincere, all just like running in circle, I am truly disappointed, Mark Tham is a nice person, but he is really out of touch with the ground.
Things that most ppl interested in
1. How do we hold level 6 and 7 people accountable for their action that increase the COPQ?
2. Can we consider working on 4 days work week? Given our salary actually "decrease" due to inflation
3. How is Accenture going to solve the backlog of promotion issue
4. How to improve the profitability of Accenture in 2024
5. Review of Allowance, last time review is 9 year ago
Those type of thing is what we concern about
Not some stupid Truly you fridge in RCT, dk why Mark waste so much time talk abt the fridge
Anyway I doubt Under Julie Sweet, the situation will improve in near future...Just go search for Accenture bowl in Glassdoor, there is many bad review abt Julie Sweet, and she direction on Metaverse is wrong and cost the company greatly. Instead of acknowledge the mistake, she now all in the Gen AI, and use the whole employee benefit to pay the price

disappointing why mark tham talk abt the fridge and truly you...
when our burning question is
1. reduce work load
2. increase lifestyle allowance
I m not surprise many ppl will resign after the last mark tham session
