Can anyone share from past experience what we will be doing on all access day?

Seems like they change the name every so often, this time being all access day. I went through something similar in the past for both intern n FT so just take my comment with a pinch of salt.
It seems like there isn't a case study or group based filtering being done on this AAD judging from the comments but nonetheless you're gon be sized up and opinions, professional or not from your assessors are going to have an impact on the final decision.
IMO just take whatever with an open mind, just don't be an asshole, too garang, selfish etc. goes without saying i think but easier said than done. Best you can do is to show you can interact with different kinds of people of diff backgrounds, of which you will meet.
Team based activities are probably unavoidable considering the attire is active. A common pitfall is assertiveness - taking the lead and disregarding everyone else in the team.
Overall I think it's pretty much common sense, just be a decent human being and don't stress too much about it, after all it's not an official AC. You wanna make sure that acc is also the right fit for you on the surface, on the granular level it's all luck tbh. alot of what people said here about OTs, culture, and projects r true.

I think they just sent this out to fill up numbers for the event.. even say outstanding performers will be considered for the "TAP Role".. like wtf...? not even based on any technical skills or something. I think we are all too old to be participating in a mini FOP field day lmao
