Every year, you will be given a small amount of increment, something between 100-40depends on which level you are in. You pay will be increased 15-20% if you are promoted to higher level, like from 11 to 10, or 9 to 8. Normally you can be promoted in every 2-3 year if your performance review is good enough.

Endless OT since these are profile projects, I heard some guys from Singpass project have to work during the weekend.

What about the team/project itself, do you know anything about it?
My current project already has OT and weekends, but I'd like to try different types of projects in different industries or solution used.

I rolled off NDI projects a few months ago, I don't particular dislike any projects in term of people or technology stacks, but I don't like the stress associated with it.
My female friend graduated from NTU with 1st class honors from CS, she earns 18K with 6.5 yrs experience right now, she just quits from FANNG as she pursuit inner happiness more than monetary rewarding.
