On top of that NCS hires you as part of their tech team directly, in Accenture you're more of a consultant where your projects is dependent on a number of factors.
Don't get me wrong, NCS is garbage, so is Accenture but if given the choice, most would pick the one with better pay and benefits.
NCS
$100-$600 more
4-5 year Masters program
$900 wellness benefits
The only thing Accenture has going for it is that it's a F500 company, that's all. Once you attain 2-3 YOE, no one gives a crap whether you worked at F500 or a tech start-up if you can't even do simple LC Med - Hard questions with back-to-back Sys design rounds.

Nah NCS is worse than big 4, it’s the last resort given you have no other offers. They tie you down in the company for what 4-5 years, just look online and can see the unhappy employees and bad reviews. If you’re a fresh grad or first few years in your career, pick a better brand name, if you want to go to NCS, well at be better if you have years of work experience and maybe join them holding a senior position then maybe you do nothing much but get a decent pay.

Should we apply for projects with shorter duration like a few months so we can try out different projects and roles or should we apply for projects that’s longer like more than a year to two years so we won’t be benched easily? Which is better for the long term career or profile?

I would rather go for a company with better brand name and their salary difference isn’t that big, if you try to jump to better companies, better companies like FAANG for example would prefer Accenture employees over that of NCS right? So this says enough. NCS and Accenture both share similar clients, but the fact that Accenture can get more projects with reputable clients even all of sg public sector clients go to Accenture, you know the quality already.
You get to advance quicker under the tap in acn.

Oh ok in that case then Accenture seems like a better option.
Thanks for the info.
However I still have to disagree with "if you try to jump to better companies, better companies like FAANG for example would prefer Accenture employees over that of NCS right?"
There's no hard evidence stating that FAANG cares about this. I went on LinkedIn and found quite a few from NCS who are in AWS right now... Likewise for Accenture.
I will say that Accenture has better rep in the US. I work for US tech and pretty much all my colleagues know what Accenture is but as to whether or not that means anything at all with regards to benefiting otheres as a Accenture employee looking to job hop... I have no idea.

How long does it take to reach manager level if you join as fresh grad?

Any seniors who experienced or anyone else know please advise.
For those who joined in July, are we able to use our dental benefit and also the medical insurance? Or we have to wait till September to use them? Then what if we not feeling well during this period before September then we can’t use the insurance?
Same for leave too, is it during the 3 months probation can’t use leave?
Thanks in advance as the orientation didn’t even share on these to us.

You’re not wrong to say that. It’s not guaranteed but there is a chance provided that you’ve demonstrated readiness for the next level.

I see, thanks. Can you share what are some examples to proof we’re ready for next level? Like the attributes or? Abit of grey area here I feel like very person to person :/

Of course lmfao promotions are never guaranteed, neither is pay increment.
You go see any other programs similar to TAP program, same thing.
I dunno why people like to say it like its "guaranteed". It's never guaranteed. I have friends in Accenture who didn't even get promoted after a year lmfao and you think it's cause they slack off or whatever but nope, they work hard af, some even work on Sundays lol
