Hahaha got lots of such ppl. Tbh it does sound a lot better once you put strategy inside the title, otherwise business and tech integration is to techy and gives impression that implementation worker

Hahah that’s true lah, but business and integration not even from the same dte. It makes sense for those holding the consulting development analyst (those analyst under the consulting track) to put as strategy and consulting since their dte is itself strategy and consulting.

It’s normal for consulting analysts to put that, but it’s really totally off for someone from tech side to claim they’re from consulting side like lol. This kind is those who can’t make it in as consulting analyst but want to take the offer so just ownself use the consulting analyst track title lol. It’s like trying to be someone you’re not, honestly feel embarrassed for them, they got to be so thick skin man. Business and integration arch analyst same as consulting analyst under strategy and consulting dte lol

It’s ok I mean they put another role but when they go interview or what in future straight up alr can differentiate. They don’t feel embarrassed or dumb then that’s their issue, but imagine those consulting analysts what will they feel when they see or they know this person lol. Think I know who the guy is cos only got this dude who not from consulting put 😂

Yea it’s understandable why they do it but guess it can backfire on them just like this. Word spreads real fast in accenture - and reputation is everything (even during promos lol)

Well only a handful (less than 3 per MBB cohort for fresh grad) get into MBB/FAANG. So we farmers and scrubs have to fight for what we can XP

lol see if you can get into MBB first, getting in as a fresh grad from local uni is less than a handful cos they usually hire from target schools. Getting in as an experience hire or mba is much more common. You talk so big not like you’re from any of the MBB or FAANG to begin with, you prob also couldn’t get into acn. Are you working at some never heard of before company as a “consultant” lol.

You might get hints before your first day depending on what you're asked to sign. They'll let you know after your first week or so, or at least that was how it was for my batch.
