nah, now that u know u are underpaid, u can choose to take action. either 1)talk to someone about it or 2)leave for greener pastures 3)do nothing

How about the years of experience? Essentially your are only being paid as a 3 years experience L9 as a homegrown. There are people with 8 10 years and joined as L9. Is that fair to them?

Anyone from TAP can advice on which specialisation pod is good? I received an offer and they wanted to confirm with me the pods again but I'm not so sure which is best project-wise?? Also, does anyone have advise on which kind of projects we should avoid in general

Isn’t the latest EE for the technology analyst? Wonder why hr is asking you on your preference for the pods, shouldn’t it be tech pods lol. Btw there’s no difference which pod lol cos tap require you to be rotated around. All these questions you have you should clear it with the hr instead of here.

Hey anyone knows those with the strategy and consulting analyst title is under which pod in the talent advancement programme? Saw many with this title on LinkedIn, is this the exact title name of it’s just a nicer title name?

Think those are consulting development analysts (that’s what they call consulting analysts), don’t trust everything you see on LinkedIn. Strategy and consulting is just the name of the track/department.
