L9 after allowance already hit 6.9k
The effort and work from L9 to L8 is not easy compared to previous promotions.
I think at least 8+ maybe hit 9/ mth

Is it promotion depends on your CC? Like if you’re good but your CC is not and didn’t do their job as a CC, you won’t get promoted one ah? Always thought you good even if CC don’t mention you during the leadership discussions, HR or your PL will still promote you cos like literally everyone can see your work performance mah, don’t make sense for someone who’s good to not be promoted a few years when someone else gets the promotion.

yeaa CC is the major link
having said that, if u made ur CC buay song, he can sabo u also, but that just a example
unlikely u will make the CC piss off, since everyone is busy

Alot of work as in? I will be entering as a L8 on tech development ... So other than development/coding... Need to meet clients, prepare reports etc? Or I don't even need to code ? Just need to meet clients, manage stuff?
Sorry was not really clear on how L8 function in Accenture. Able to shed some light on this from your experiences?

You entering then you didn’t clarify all these during your interview or with the HR meh? Basic sia these kind, how you expect someone not L8 to answer on this…

I'm drawing 9.8k, inclusive of the allowance. Typical bonus i'd say about 1.5 months.
