Is this common and why does it happen tho? First time experience and hearing about this. How do find BD?

Who knows, I never kena before. I know it's quite common in other MU like the US where their client stretches across different MUs and have different holiday and whatnot, and the project team is supporting the client, but because the client aren't working, there's no need to support so the project team can only go on PTO since the client won't pay them for those days.
So it really depends on what project and the work your project is doing I guess.
You find BD work by networking, asking your network to introduce you to BD work. I never do BD before so nothing I can help you here.
You should work with your PL and your project to reduce the amount of PTO used... Like for instance it's finally time to charge your TQ training hours to training to save up some PTO and whatnot. lol.
If troublesome your best bet is just take PTO loh.

BD = Business Development IIRC.
It's either you know of people who can give you BD work, or you find your PL for network.

Your CC released the results in Workday to you?
Did it show in the Total Rewards Page?

Do you know how much is the incoming analysts pay now? Still 4.5k + 400 = 4.9k or there’s an increase?
