What are the exit opportunities for those in the consulting side ah? Are they good? Cos heard like Accenture consulting not useful don’t learn much. So should we all go into the tech roles and software roles then even if the person hopes to pursue a consulting career since the other roles allow them to learn more as compared to the consulting side in Accenture?

Is the talent accelerator program - HR worth joining for business grads? Like able to exit to other roles in future or it’s stuck to HR?

Accenture consulting arm or big 4 (PwC, Deloitte, Kpmg, ey) consulting better? In terms of exit opportunities and prestige?

Oh but those strat projects are for the strategy side like those holding the strategy analyst role? Or consulting analyst also get to be involved in such projects? Cos seems like majority of the fresh analysts joining all go into change management

You’re from local uni hoh? But did you need to submit like your grad cert and result slip?

yea need to upload some certificate and transcript, standard stuff
quite simple one, I also keep softcopy with me just in case
but nothing impressive, my result is suck anyway
They only ask for it when my role is more or less confirm I think
and on the last day then I go down for signature on the contract, that is the first time I see the HR people lol
previously HR only talk to me via phone and email
