Oh so it’s those who hold the role as “strategy and consulting analyst”? Actually what’s the difference between the two roles - “strategy and consulting analyst” vs “management consulting analyst”?

If we join as analyst and negotiated a salary that’s slightly more than usual 4.9k, like example we get 5k. Then will our promotion be based on top of the salary we earn? Like usual promoted to senior analyst is 5.3k, so if someone who gets 5k as analyst, should be getting 5.4K as senior analyst right or it’s same 5.3k also?
