I’m under TAP but I only got my promotion in my second year (CL 10 after 2 years). Was wondering if I can only be promoted to CL 9 consultant after 2 years or possible for me to get promoted within a year? Because in the previous page, someone said need to clock
2 years as CL 10. Thanks!!

How long did you take to promote from analyst to senior analyst?

2 years, but I know that majority of the TAP analysts take only 1 year

When you joined has this 1 + 2 start? Or it only start after your first year that’s why?

How do you know if you are getting promoted this June? Any indication for confirmed promotion or is it only confirmed after outcome is released?

Realised majority is one year and a few months l leh, very less zun zun exactly one year (12 months) promote to senior analyst tho

My counsellor said I wasn’t ready yet for whatever reason, so she didn’t recommend me during the talent discussion lol
