Hi all, fresh grad application consultant in NCS for one year planning to quit and join Accenture in their mgmnt consulting role, is it possible and how much will be the pay?

No chance, most probably they will just offer you swe track.

Consulting track is very competitive but turn over rate is high also so there is still chance not say zero chance. To survive in consulting track, you need very good office politics skills instead of actual working skill haha.

Accenture can afford to pay that low because people are willing to slog for a brand name on their resume lol.

Anyone recently applied to ACN? Average salary for Developer Analyst?

Anyone knows about a technofunctional role in accenture?
It is under the Technology Analyst Program.
I am non technical background. Wondering if if anyone could share more about such a role in accenture and its progression.

Important to note that Accenture doesn't allow you to choose your departments and specialise until much later

Eg: From software engineer to system administrator.

Has anyone successfully change department in Accenture after working for 1 year plus before?
