Progression is 1 year from analyst to SA, 2 years from SA to Consultant.
In Accenture you have to fight for your own career. Dont expect to be handfed. Make connections with your HR partner to get good projects to work on, and get certifications which will be useful for your next project/job inline with your personal career goals. If you are not good/experienced in anything it's hard to bargain and you will be thrown to a project that might not be good.

Thanks for sharing! Didn’t expect this as it market its brand name rather well.
Could you share how do you actually bargain or choose your project when you’re offered the TAP? Or at the start you are posted to any project? If so, thereafter how do you actually have the opportunity to select the project that interests you?
Would really appreciate if you don’t mind sharing.

Thanks for sharing. Are good projects given to you once you promote up the ranks? Do you mind sharing how do you get the chance to select the projects that interest you? Do the HR send you the project descriptions etc?
And at the start of TAP when you just joined, can you select your projects or it’s given to your randomly?
Hope you don’t mind shielding some light on this, would appreciate it.

Once you hit Level 9, there is no specific time period on how long you can proceed to Level 8 Assoc Manager rank. Everything is performance based liao. If performance good maybe 2-3 years can go Level 8 Assoc Manager. If performance soso, or cui, can stuck at Level 9 for quite long also (3-6 years). Thanks me in advance.

The pay rise only $500 from analyst to senior analyst 😂

Seems quite accurate. It's a good place for fresh grads to start out with decent salary but the salary offered for consultants isn't competitive at all.

Normally, when you junior level, they will just randomly assign you project la. Got project you should laugh, if you on bench no project, prepare your increment and bonus get affected. lol!

Now as long as you clock 2 years at Lvl 10, most likely you will go up to L9 liao. Maybe this year June 2022 or Dec 2022 for you la. $6,900 waving at you soon. lol!
