Anyone received the next step when they applied for the Graduate Consulting Analyst role? Didn’t receive anything up till now…thought Accenture’s pymetrics is an auto system message sent?

Anyone in the TAP can you kindly share the application process and timeframe please? Is there an assessment centre and how many retries for the hirevue interview if there is? Used to be an intern there but not sure how’s the TAP hiring process like.

Seems like the Talent Advancement Program is a new grad program in Accenture? Was there this TAP for their graduate consulting analyst previously? Anyone who is in this program especially for the constituting track, do you mind sharing what’s the program like? Do you get to choose your specialisation pods? How often is the training etc and what’s the career progression like (how long to promote to senior analyst, consultant etc)?

Meaning? Then how does the TAP differs as compared to the other entry level analyst roles or past graduate consulting analyst/graduate technology analyst roles?

Hi, anyone here applied for the Graduate Consulting Analyst around August/September 2021? Did you hear back from Accenture because many of my friends and I did not receive the pymetrics although our application status is “Application under review” on the portal. Wonder if they actually process everyone?

its just marketing. there's no structured training at the start. you will be thrown into the open sea and you will need to learn how to swim urself

I assume you’re in the TAP too? Wow no trainings….quite different from their job description where they highlighted trainings and career progression😬.
But do you know how fast one get to promote if they are under TAP? Or it’s the same as previous every 2-3 years.

This is my second year in Talent Advancement Program, previously named Technology Analyst Program. Training wise, it's starting to take form but i don't think it's as useful as they claim.
Progression is 1 year from analyst to SA, 2 years from SA to Consultant.
In Accenture you have to fight for your own career. Dont expect to be handfed. Make connections with your HR partner to get good projects to work on, and get certifications which will be useful for your next project/job inline with your personal career goals. If you are not good/experienced in anything it's hard to bargain and you will be thrown to a project that might not be good.

Level 10 Senior Analyst (Year1): $5000 (Base) + $400 (Allowance)
Level 10 Senior Analyst (Year2):$ 5300 (Base) + $400 (Allowance)
Level 9 Consultant/Specialist/Team Lead: $6500 (Base) + $400 (Allowance)
Once you hit Level 9, there is no specific time period on how long you can proceed to Level 8 Assoc Manager rank. Everything is performance based liao. If performance good maybe 2-3 years can go Level 8 Assoc Manager. If performance soso, or cui, can stuck at Level 9 for quite long also (3-6 years). Thanks me in advance.
