use some logical thinking. those are the ones who failed to make C and since there's an auto promotion at 1 year mark, they are getting promoted to SA.
to see if the 1 year promotion is true, you will need to apply ur critical thinking skills and look at the new joiners. you will clearly see that people who are there for 11 months are also bumped to SA.
are you from ACN? must be those cmi dudes that got past the low barrier to entry because your reasoning/logical thinking skills need some serious work

As long as they pay me $8.8k, they wanna call it Tier 10 consulting also I don't care. It's the same as SAF regular or civil servants, who cares if others think you're jiak liao bee, most impt is high salary into bank acc.
