Anyone has any clue what the digital pillar does for clients in layman terms? Any project examples?
Also, what are the skill sets needed as a fresh entry, working hours?

Just wondering if Accenture will send a rejection email after the first round of interview? please help..unsure if I should wait or take up other opportunities.

Haha they won't..... Well there are many better options out there.... so you can continue applying and not focus too much on just accenture?

I think it is known for tech consulting known in Singapore, for US their brand name mainly build up from mgmt consulting.
Usually is talk well work well, followed by talk well followed by work well that get promoted. Since promotion and grade is base on bell curve, you will need a lot of exposure to get the top rank aka you just need to be very visible aka work well and talk well and participate in many events haha......
Well quality of accenture is quite bad nowdays due to cost cutting, PM/PD going into meeting unprepared and wasting everyone time........

Its capped at 2 max, so 1.5 is very good

Mine is still showing “Compensation Statement is not available at this time.”
