Starting pay 4.2k, but don't be deceived by the salary.
90% of the people there are hoping to move into their consulting arm, the remaining 10% tell u they love their job but still want to move secretly.

So u may ask what's the difference? Accenture Technology goes through analyst, senior analyst, team lead, associate manager, manager etc. Client and delivery track. Whereas a client and market track: analyst, consultant, manager.

Was not there long enough to see people exit accenture so can't tell u about exit opportunities.

Your role would be a pretty boring one, but I'm probably biased so take it with a pinch of salt.

HI All,

I have done my 3 rounds interview in Accenture Singapore. I waited for the results since two weeks after my interview. Got a call from HR and verbally told me that I got selected for the project. Also, we discussed on salary negotiable. All okay. They told me that I will receive the offer letter by end of the same week but not received. Then I called again. HR said " Will receive on next week". Now its crossed almost a month. I called HR again after a few weeks. HR said "It's under approval of director to release the offer letter". I have to wait for few more days. If I call again, then they will thought me as desperate candidate. So, I avoid to call them.

Is it normal process in Accenture ?

Will I get it ? (or) Should I give up ?

Please assist me if anyone know the answer.

Same situation as you last year. Projects may have last minute changes in resource requirements. if that director doesn’t need you, your cv will go to other directors for them to choose for their projects. It’s just how this industry works, even after you join Accenture you’ll have to “fight” for (interesting) jobs, maybe even interview wth clients at times. Ps: no longer in Accenture.

Just curious, which dte did u get chosen for?

Depends on the role that you interview for, Just take any offer that come first if you are desperate. It is the hiring season so tends to get slow reply cuz their hr team are pretty small.

lol i can assure u at manager level u wont get 12k where u getting ur numbers from? unless you're talking about 12k after including bonus and whatnot and dividing it by 12, then maybe got chance.

ur work experience dont count for any extra since the manager band is between 9 to 11++ and if they thought you were worth more, u would have been senior manager
