Depends on whether there are projects which requires your skillset. That will also mean nobody in the entire country has that skillset and is ready to be staffed.
We are all paid quite well in acn, how about looking at it this way: get the money and travel on your own expenses instead of hoping to be on overseas projects.

I can verify this. Just ended my interview last thursday and received offer this morning. The base salary is still 4,050.
