Does anyone have any idea what does a Personal Banker at UOB do, the prospects, the salary etc?

What are the responsibilities of a retail banking sales role in lets say a UOB/ OCBC/DBS?
Is it like stand at the branch trying to sell products?

when u visit the bank & do ur biz, the staff at the branch doing ur thing is what u will be doing
