Can anyone share what will be the average job package be for someone that finish TDP programme? For example a software engineer's compensation, bonus and benefits in UOB?

anyone feeling sus about this tdp as theres no fixed structure for the 1 year and it seems like everyone I know is offered - noone is rejected

you can renege most contracts even if signed before you start work. although as courtesy i would advise you to gently bring this up with HR least before you get blacklisted.
