Wah, but what if the IB that I'm offered is paying me a 40% pay increment over the offer I get from the other tech company which only pays 5.5k? What's the choice here? Fresh grad here.

hey, what do you wear for a first-round f2f interview for banking?
is a shirt and pants (normal working attire) too casual? should i wear a tie or blazer?
