oh as in u checked in with them how long after the HR round? because I was told to give them around 2 weeks time to interview other candidates first

Was your first interview with the HR? I didn't interview with the HR, my first interview after the career forum was a 1-1 with a hiring manager from my first choice dept. Interviewed a week+ ago, but haven't heard back. Probably gg.

HR is supposed to vet you first before they recommend you to the respective line managers...

I think those with better portfolios the managers will interview them directly

I think the more plausible reason is cause those departments are less popular and have less applicants. so no need for HR to screen

does anyone know if the home division you selected is fixed meaning at the end of the MAP, you have to be in that division? Would there be any chance for you to go into other divisions? thanks!

From what I know, every other division is fixed except for group wholesale banking
