Hi. I am a recent Business Studies graduate interested in this Programme.
Just wondering if anyone could give some overview and tips for the online apitude tests and interview.

i think some offers have already been made...but the online aptitude tests and video interview are the main filter. prob try to do with a friend?

Exposure
Try to look for American or European banks positions. You will gain more valuable global exposure and network as compare to working in a local bank. Such global experience will give you a good stepping stone on your future career.
You may get stuck in a local bank forever once you start off in a local bank, as the experiences that you gain are more regional and local, which will limit your options in future.
Global experience is really important in this digital age.
