The TDP? or MA?

If you're asking about TDP, it's 1 year program 4.5k starting, then 10k bonus at the end + a conversion. I don't know what's the conversion pay bump till, my friends who joined all left after 1 year + 10k bonus, none of them converted.

No particular reason, it's the same as I said before, if people want more, they job hop.

For UOB MA programme, you will become SO after MA, drawing 5k/month. Promotion to Manager should come within the next 1 year, 10% bump to 5.5k.

IMHO, join the programme if you have no choice, but continue applying out. Majority of MAs leave before the programme even ends.

After 2 years in UOB can jump to another shop with another 20% pay bump to get 7k??

Why not? There is a non zero chance of that

still need to factor if they're BO or FO roles. A lot of MAs there are in BO right

i graduated in 2021, got my AI tech job, work almost a year then i applied for UOB tech program and when they interviewed me i just BS and said "oh i wanted to take a vacation after graduation as i wasnt sure how far this COVID situation would entail".

they didn't have a problem with that, as long as you're a fresh grad within 1 year+, they will hire you.

I'm not the original poster but technically background checks are just to make sure you're not a criminal and have good credit score, that's it. The other check is "references" to check that you left your last working place in good standing but if you don't tell them your last working place, there's 0 reference, how would they know?

Everything else they can't check unless you explicitly give them. The only way company A can find out that you're still working at company B is if they check who is crediting your CPF accounts, they will see 2 major transactions but that's not possible.
