Ngee Ann poly diploma holder with SIM-UOL degree, what're my chances of getting hired for the job? TIA!

Default Lecturer Application

Any one can advise the procedure for recruitment for ITE?
Usually recruitment is done before school semester start?
Any training thereafter if recruited?

Usually, need to wait up to 4 weeks to hear from them?

Thanks.

They take forever to call, my friends waited 6 months for call and 2 months to get hired. The salary is very low and the working hours bad after the recent adjustment. Usually 12 hours of work and under 4k salary. They started aggressively targeting people with minor experience like 2-3 years.

In your first year they expect you cannot take any leave due to their training. Their HR is retarded and cannot get their act together. My friend took leave to get married, then approved and all, then was told of the training being finalised 1 month before and threatened him to go training or risk his employment. So he had to cancel the long leave just get married n fly back. He planned an overseas wedding.

Another friend reached the stage of salary negotiation, he said negotiable please offer a reasonable number. They insist he give a number... So he said Xxx negotiable please tell me if it's beyond your range. Next day rejection letter arrived. This is not professional HR practices..

Annual package is OK though, about 17 months for average performer but work no less than 10 hours daily.

A lot of lecturers resigned due to the adjustment as they have wealth of industrial exp.

It's a good place to gain experience as a teacher ( not transferable to lecturer skills though, its seriously title wrongly n the whole industry knows)

I believe it is not fair to just judge based on this.
I also got hired 3 years ago on ax5, converted to ips6, promoted to ips 7 this year. It is really about your work attitude and ability.
Now salary close to 6k.
Started with 4k also.
