Hi all, got an interview as a Project Executive at BCSIS. Anyhow can advise hows the working culture and firm like?

typical local sme culture, long hrs and below average pay & bonus and everything go by rank. very back office outsourcing environment. u r handling things even the bank BO and ops centre dun want to do.
