Anyone knows if stat board jobs (contract) comes with annual package and benefits? e.g AWS or performance bonus?

I believe you will get the minimum benefits with regards to leave and medical...and most come with a completion bonus as well...

AWS and performance bonus i doubt so...there should be a reason for companies and organisations to come up with contract jobs rather than permanent positions...right?
