Given that OCBC has recently hired 80 grads (a lot i know haha) with pay of 4.7k/4.2k, I wonder whats the intake like for this batch (entire GA cohort) and the corresponding pay
Is anyone able to shed light on this?

Pretty sure DBS mass hires like all local banks do. The pay has been stagnant for the last couple of years..so around 3.8k
Which is one of the lowest paid bank programmes out there even ocbc and UOB pays way higher
Accept if you don’t have any other choice

ocbc and uob do not pay higher than dbs. dbs has GA programme and MA programme. you can't compare salary of say UOB MA prog with DBS GA prog and say UOB pays better.
It's a well known fact that for similar programme in the 3 local banks DBS pays the most , followed by ocbc and uob pays the least.
dbs GA prog pays min 3.8k which is higher than ocbc/ uob of 3.2-3.9k . Dbs MA prog 4.6k-6k the past 2 years is higher than uob MAP 4.4k and OCBC young bankers prog 4.2-4.7k. For 2019 DBS MAP is only for those with 2-3 years working experience.

Apologies. Was referring to entry level programmes (for fresh grads without any exp) only. DBS is clearly underpaying with 3.8

ocbc and uob non MA programme salary for entry level is lower than dbs. Also dbs MAP prior to 2019 is an entry level programme for fresh grads without any exp. You are obviously either not in the banking industry or are ignorant of the different programmes in the banks for fresh grads. Or probably just lazy to do your research. Whichever the reasons posting such comments and not comparing apple with apple does not reflect well on you.
