got the offer earlier this evening! but don’t know whether to take it up because of all the negative things i’ve heard about banking ops :( anyone can advice?

Same I got the call too! But i rejected them cos the pay offered was too low.

Ops doesn’t pay as high as FO but then again FO salaries are like the top 1%.

I think DBS 3.8k is below market though, ops in other banks easily start you off 4K+
