Just look at DBS tech SEED program, when the salary was upped to 5k last year people thought they were trolling, but this is their salary now lol.

To summarize,

If you have received the call from HR today, you have been shortlisted, pending the outcome of those checks.

If you did not, you are not shortlisted.

If you have received the email deliberating your candidacy, then you are the 'backup' plan.

It doesn't matter whether you did the pre-employment checks or not. Based on previous posts in this and DBS SEED forums, these checks are sometimes given before an interview is completed and does not indicate whether you are shortlisted.

Pay is 3800, same as always. That’s what my HR friend told me. No idea why people find it worthwhile to troll. Go google and you can easily confirm this figure.
