Which is more important? Salary package? Job scope? possibility of job hop?

Coming from a junior who has insufficient working experience. often I am greed intolooking at the overall salary package in a company than to really consider what I like. People always say, you can't have the best of both world. Should I chose a low pay job but liking the job scope or a higher pay job but having doubts in the job scope? Ultimately I think people who have worked a long time would have cross thoughts like me at some point of their life. Appreciate your two cents worth of advice.

Singaporean employers really like to see brand name companies on resumes.
So it really helps if you have experience in big MNCs.

The more emphasis you place on finding work you love, the more unhappy you become when you don’t love every minute of the work you have.
