PUB, technical support officer - job offer

Anyone work there before as above mentioned?... Just received a job offer(I went for the interview in Oct) there but I recently started working in Japanese manufacturing company for 1 month(still in probation period).

They offer $200 more then the current salary. I not sure whether to accept or continue with my current job(within 30min from home). The thing is the I would like to take part time degree.

Hope to get some input from you guys. Thanks in adv. Is it advisable to jump 'ship' at this moment?

Never worked there before but always compare the prospects and look at the entire salary package. Most importantly, your interest.

Thanks. At the moment, the salary package and benefits, PUB is better. While my current job of 1 month meets my interest and location...I'm looking for 5 years from now, hoping to get a degree. So currently, I'm need to decide which job give me better chance in meeting my target 5 yrs from now.

Right now, I'm leaning to PUB even though I've heard that the career progression is slow.
