Wow I did not expect such a big difference. Are the roles that different? How about UOB or Citi MA programmes?

DBS MA pay has a range. Btw 3900 to 4500 afaik. Young banker is not MA program, its just a basic graduate program. If want compare pay pls compare to other graduate program and not to the MAs. OCBC doesn't take in fresh bachelor for their MAs anymore, it is all internal or from Masters.
