a big4 business is in a knowledge based industry, it is not like manufacturing where you have a lot of blue collar workers at GCE O levels & below.
in that sense there are very little sergeants in a typical big 4. most of the "sergeants" would be people in shared service operations, administrative and clerical positions.

Obviously some people just want to put down managers in Big4, probably a loser who cannot even get in stuck in some pathetic SME job.
A manager in Big4 is more equal to a Colonel or Snr Deputy Director in the civil serivce OK.

Hi all,
I heard that KPMG will pay more for 1st class honours graduates. Is this true? Also, does this apply if you have already signed on with them? Thank you

An colonel probably earn 12k-15k with at least 4 month bonus -6month bonus package for PB+AWS(13 mth +mid+yearend)
A Manager in Big 4 is like a captain rank...
I am a major in SAF, non-scholar, male, 31 year old earning about 8k without counting any bonus

Associate Director - D2
I have an offer from (4 letter word big4) which shows title as Associate Director (D2) - would anyone know what is meant by D2 - IS it some grading/ ranking - if yes, then what is the grading structure.
The salary offered is 12K including CPF, is it at par with industry standards of big4 in Singapore. The role is in consulting function possibly RC/MC
I need to respond on this offer, request your help in getting some insight

Internal Audit
I have two offers. One from KPMG for an Associate position at their internal audit dept and another from PwC as a Risk Assurance Associate.
I would like to move to an internal audit role in a MNC or Bank in the future.
Which would be a better pick?

Can anyone advise on the following,
I received an offer from KPMG, as an Associate in IT Assurance and from PwC, as an Associate in Risk Assurance (presumably doing Digital Trust).
Can I know what are the working hours for both, and what are the pros and cons of each of them?

They are the same. You should focus on the work that you will be doing. They are different job scopes.
