After 2 years, should be managerial level (P3). According to Glassdoor it should be around 6.8k? My guess is slightly above 6.5k

As an MA, you start from P2 (2-3 years ahead of direct entry P1), and you get promoted once every 2-3 years depending on your performance. P2 is $4.6k. Not sure about P3 onwards.

Nope. By the time you graduate from the program singtel will restructure and all MAs will lose their jobs
