i think in this day and age you will not get far if you are expecting to spend 10 years of your career in one place. just my 2 cents

Hi I noticed that many past MAs actually switched to other companies after two years (or jump to Singtel subsidiaries after 1 year). Anyone can shed some light on this? Like possible reasons for leaving the company after the 2-year MAP?

Perhaps you could share how you noticed 'many' past MAs switched to other companies (Externally, not within Singtel Group. Search on Linkedin yield very little fruition)?

Also, once you are in Singtel Group, you definitely can manoeuvre within the huge group depending on role availability and personal capabilities. So, it's not uncommon to see MAs heading to Singtel subsidiaries such as Amobee.
