Does anybody know the salary increment for the MAP programme? Is there a pay raise after the first year or is it the same throughout the 2 years?

Interest to know more about career progression as well.

Received early CNY present last week. The starting is attractive but am unsure what are the long-term prospects at Singtel.

There is standard yearly increment across all employees. Promotion is once every ~2 years, could be faster for top performers. You start at 2nd pay grade (Manager) as compared to direct hires.

Do you happen to know about bonus scheme as well? I think somebody mentioned previously that bonus can range anywhere between 2-6 months. Is this accurate?

There's no AWS, which is quite common among companies today. Variable bonus is between 2-6 months depending on a variety of factors.
