That's also implicitly saying the programme and company isn't inherently good enough to attract the top or even above average grads.
Though it does make sense to stick my fist up your poohole.

So far don't see the offerees sharing about the pros and benefits about the Singtel MAP? This is definitely worrying for those considering Singtel's offer.

MA program from Singtel can be considered a decent offer for those graduating with good honours. Other than the BB banks, Google, Facebook, Bloomsberg and Byedance, few others can close or are of similar competitiveness that merit consideration.

You are genuinely comparing Singtel MAP to top finance and tech programmes? Other than those you mentioned, I can easily name you 10 other programmes/companies which Singtel MAP can't even hold a candle to.
Unilever, P&G, J&J, BP, Shell, Glencore, any non big-4 consulting, Visa, Mastercard, Platts... and the list goes on.

Except for P & G the rest of your above mentioned are either marginally better at most or even debatable. You must understand the MA/GA program of top financial and tech firms are difficult to secure even for those with good honours especially coming from non computing faculty.

C'mon I think you need to speak to some of these graduates in these companies. It's not as rosy as you think it is.
I don't want to degrade any other programmes but have a chat with some of these folks in there and understand the situation.

That's a decent comment. While I can agreed that MA program of Singtel isn't comparable to top financial or tech firms is nevertheless a fairly decent offer to consider especially for those 2nd upper fresh grads. BB banks and top tier tech firms are targeting at a different breed of grads and it takes more than good academic achievements and portfolios to secure an offer.

I have contacts in a few of those places mentioned, can tell you that they handily beat singtel in terms of package, prestige, opportunities.
Don't kid yourself, singtel map is slightly above average at best. Definitely not comparable to any of the better ma programmes. Though if you want an iron rice bowl I guess it is pretty decent.

No one is dropping names in these forums but some examples wrt numbers:
Glencore is around 4.3k (might be higher now as they increase base for fresh grads every year) * 13. VB is 2-7 mths on avg depending on performance.
BP trading programme is 4.7k * 14-15. Got share match plans and free shares given to top grads.
Platts is already at least 5k base. Not too sure about bonus but you get to work in a nice environment and have a universally recognised brand name on your CV.
Saying that Singtel can even compare to any of these coys is delusional.
