Why they taking so long sia

from what i understand, there's a lot of people to manage. not only within your batch but across batches, and some roles may have a few applicants with just 1 spot. try to empathize and be patient. HR will definitely sort it out for you.

Anybody working in Singtel and interested to connect? I joined during Covid last year (not MA) and was hoping to meet people outside my team because my team is very old, but don’t really have the chance to so far

Depends on your job grade and whether your current salary is above or below the midpoint.

Generally speaking as long as you never hentak kaki at your current job grade, increment should be between 3-4%

If your boss likes you or you are an exceptional performer, there are even off cycle pay adjustments.

Also depends on your BU, are you a cost centre or revenue house etc

What is the starting rank of an individual entering MA program? Any insights into the salary range from year 1 - 5?

Since P2 is the default rank after the 2 years MA program, can I assume typical fresh graduate will starts as P1?

I heard from a friend that they got the assessment result within 24 hours. Also already finished the behavioural interview.

Wow that is fast, when did your friend attend the assessment day? We were told by a staff on the day of assessment that they will take 1-2 weeks to get the results of the assessment day if further shorlisted tho - but I don't have friends who applied for this programme this year so not so sure if anyone got their results yet...

Anyone got back from the behavioural interview already? Wonder when will be the first batch of panel interview..
