offer emails definitely will come in first. in case some who are offered don't accept, they can offer to the rest who they planned to reject.

Yeah but thought some people have got longer notice periods

Late May/early June would probably be more ideal for planning/execution

all the best guys! honestly you should know how the interview went right after it is over. as long as you were able to build a rapport, answer all the questions and remain confident without being awkward it is all good.

Anyone knows if the results of the panel are the be-all-end-all? Meaning 100% weightage to us being accepting into the program?
Or referrals, the documents we provided and previous stages play a part?

Panel should be the main decision round. You need to understand that everyone in the panel round did well for the previous rounds, so the panel round affects the most.

I actually thought and heard otherwise, that it is better news if you dont get any rejection for now. At least you are still within consideration and not rejected upfront?

But did not know this applied to panel interview too

Means if never called up for panel. But never get rejection letter still got chance too!?
