Were you ported over from the DBS graduate associate programme GA and have worked for DBS 1 or 2 years alr?
Saw on LinkedIn, for 2018, many DBS MAs were internally ported over from the DBS GA programme; most have been in the GA programme for 1-2 years alr

You are right. Not common at all. Only 1 from 2018 batch was from the GA programme. I'm in the MAP 2018 batch so I know

You are probably referring to those in the UNICORN internship programme during their
university summer break. They were not from the GA programme. They were fresh graduates who had the MAP offers after their internship programme .

any idea how competitive is it this time round given that fresh graduates cannot apply for the program anymore? only candidates with good academic results and work performance considered for the MAP?
since they are open to candidates from all industries, will those from banking/finance sectors still stand a better chance than the rest?
