DBS Management Associate Program 2015

All this talk about MA > GA reminds me of the whole OCS > SCS back in army days.

Anyway is there a GPA requirement for these two programmes? Cos im only a second lower honors grad...

I recently got invited to do the video interview for DBS MAP 2018. From what I understand, the MAckathon is the next stage of assessment. Anyone can share insights about it?

Nothing much can be found online so I'm guessing this assessment stage is relatively new

I think the video consists of 5 questions asking about behavioural and motivational questions such as why you want to join, why banking industry, and tell me a time when ...

Speaking as a previous insider and from what I know, the MAckathon is definitely not new. Look at the DBS uni.corn page to find out more. You will be grouped into a 4 pax group and then have to come up with a solution for the problem given in the AC. This AC is like no other, the 12 hrs itself tells you much about the difficulty and length of the assessment. You will be assessed by both the assessor assigned to your group and the bystanders assessors. DBS also has a psychologist walking around.

Generally just be confident and a team player. Most people cant geng the whole 12 hrs, so this is a good test to eliminate those that really geng at the start but not really a team player. Not easy to get through this round and even harder for the panel interview.

Recently got invited to the 12 hour assessment centre. Sounds like the toughest assessment there is
