Mackaton? Something like a hackathon? Could you detailedly describe what it was like in a mackathon? What's the main differences to a candidate with a traditional AC?

Oh man...I had the video interview in late November and did a really bad job...I thought there would never be any reply. Surprisingly DBS emailed me in early Jan and invited me to this "MAckathon"....and it is tmr ...whole day in there!
I m quite tensed now, totally have no idea what it will be like.

didnt make the cut unfortunately, would have been nice. HR gets back to you fairly quickly.

Can you explain how the MAckaton is? I have mine in two days and it is freaking me out. Do we need to prepare anything other than the pre reading material they sent us?

depends on which function you are in, but i don't think 9k is a good gauge considering the first year MA earns only 4.5

Hi,
I got an invite to do a video interview as part of my application to the Young Bankers Programme at OCBC.
I would like to ask if anyone has taken this interview or any video interview with OCBC and what questions were asked during the interview? How many questions were there?
How much time are we given to answer each question and how much time are we given to prepare for each question?
How many attempts are we allowed for each other question?
Were they strengths-based questions or competency-based questions? Or both?
What advice do you have on how to best prepare for the interview?
