In Indo, before we got a link for video interview, there was a face to face interview with the HR. The questions are situationial-based and hypotethical. So based on my conversation, this MA is different from the GA bcs for the MA graduates, they will be in a senior manager level while for GA they will be in Spv/Junior Manager level. So yes, this program is designed as an elevator program to fill in more leadership position within the bank.

Haven't gone for any specialisation (mine is a general management course), focused mostly on finance and strategy though. And yes, SG applicant. Indian. Studying in Shanghai.
