Doesn't matter. SMU/ NUS/ NTU will all be fine. But SMU tends to train its students better for banks (e.g. interview training, etc.).

Do the management associate programmes usually pay higher than say, business analysts for fresh grads in the same respective banks?

i cant say the same for the management associates of other banks but for DBS' MAs, their starting pay is higher than what the average analysts receive.

This is utter rubbish. It's posts like this which make me cringe; stop providing wrong information to others! DBS MA pay is around $4.3k/mth.
